Rental Policy

All rates listed are strictly for use within the State of Florida. Please inquire with our rental agents if you intend to travel out of the State of Florida. Please click on the FAQ tab for more information regarding out of state use and travel restrictions. All internet reservation request must be confirmed with the actual renter by a live rental agent via phone and/or email.

Rentals contracts must not exceed a 28 day period but can be renewed once approved by management.

All internet reservation rates are subject to change until they are confirmed by a live rental agents.
